Terms and Conditions
Rules & Regulations
1. Membership fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Termination / Cancelling of membership will be at the sole discretion of the management, without giving any reason or explanation whatsoever.
3. Membership will automatically commence after 2 month from the date of payment.
4. All bounced cheques will be charged Rs 300/- OR 2% of the amount, whichever is higher.
5. Freezing is not allowed on memberships taken during schemes or offers. Min freezing allowed is 1 month charged at Rs 500/- + GST, 2mths at Rs 1000/- + GST
Total Max freezing duration allowed is 3mths at 1500/- + GST.
6. Membership cannot be transferred from a member to an existing member. Transfer of membership from member to non member is chargeable at Rs 2000/-+ GST. Inter-Branch transfers not allowed.
7. Conversion of membership for a longer term will be accepted on prevailing rack rates only up to 15 days into the current term & is at the sole discretion of the management
8. Workouts are done barefoot as it strengthens and promotes agility in feet, ankles, legs knees & hips.
9. Members are requested to select any 1 preferred time slot for their workout. They are however welcome to attend classes at any time, basis availability in that class.
10. This membership entitles you to work out only once a day.
11. Members are requested to arrive for class on time and will not be allowed to join the workout if they come more 15 mins late.
12. To maintain hygiene, members are requested to carry their own water bottles and towels.
13. Exercise schedules/programs are liable to change.
14. Trainers will conduct various batches and will not be allotted fixed batches or timings.
15. Members are requested to take care of their personal belongings; management will not be responsible for the same. Mobiles should be switched off and locked in the lockers provided.
16. Management will not be responsible for injury to the members due to any negligence, mishap / accident within the premises of the gym and will not entertain any claims in this respect. Members shall use the Gym entirely at their own risk and liability.
